Shipping
We ship to the 50 United States, APO and FPO Military addresses and other countries outside the US, using the US Postal Service only.
When will my order ship? All in stock items are shipped out within 1-3 business days once the order is placed. Delivery time will depend on the method you’ve selected for the item to be shipped.
Once your order has shipped we will email you and give you a Tracking Number so you can see the progress of your order.

MarlBe.com, the US Postal Service considers “Business Days” to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.
First Day in Transit:
MarlBe.com, the US Postal Service considers the official “first day in transit” to be the business day following the pickup of the package.
Returns
We accept returns on Vintage Items only. You have 5 business days to contact us after receipt of your item. We do not accept returns on any new dolls.
